Position

Responsibilities

◆Team leadership for assigned team leaders and employees.
◆Create a positive results-oriented work environment through coaching and mentoring of team leaders and

employees.

◆Serve as liaison between employees and company.
◆Ensure safe and issue free work environment.
◆Maintain and improve production performance processes through waste reduction, problem solving and

continuous improvement activity.

◆Understand, comply, and enforce the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) measurements, IATF 16949, ISO-

14001 requirements, Continuous Improvement, SAP, ZF policies and procedures.

Essential Skills and Experience

✓High School diploma or GED
✓2-4+ years of related experience
✓Problem solving skills
✓Proven leadership skills
✓Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within manufacturing/operations
✓Ability to use (personally) and train individuals to use production/manufacturing equipment
✓Basic knowledge of plant operations management and lean principles, processes, and techniques.
✓English language competency
✓Availability and flexibility schedule (e.g. weekends) to meet customer requirements.

Preferred Skills and experience

✓Associate Degree strongly preferred
✓Strong Technical skills (CNC Programming, Trouble shooting, etc.).
✓Understanding of Lean principles and responsibilities.
✓Strong skills and work experience in lean manufacturing (ZFPS, TPS, 5S, Continuous improvement).
✓Experience with SAP, MS Project, other project management and statistical analysis software.
