Lead and supervise production personnel utilizing procedures and work instructions to meet or exceed customer and company
Whar can you look forward as a Production Supervisor
- •Team leadership for assigned team leaders and employees.
- •Create a positive results-oriented work environment through coaching and mentoring of team leaders and employees.
- •Serve as liaison between employees and company.
- •Ensure safe and issue free work environment.
- •Maintain and improve production performance processes through waste reduction, problem solving and continuous improvement activity.
Your profile as a Production Supervisor
- •High School diploma or GED
- •2-4+ years of related experience
- •Proven interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written.
- •Proficient computer skills, strong MS Office (Excel) and knowledge
- •Problem solving skills
