The Day-to-Day
- ◆Respond and troubleshoot various types of alarms including, Temperature, humidity, air/water pressures, and water levels etc.
- ◆Respond to emergencies such as water leaks and power issues.
- ◆Starting/Stopping equipment such as boilers, chillers, air handlers, exhaust fans, and generators.
- ◆You will be able to solve complex problems with little supervision, allowing you to make decisions on how and when a project is completed
- ◆Monitor and maintain plantwide systems. Understand when an issue is occurring knowing how to resolve it.
This Job is Right for You if You Have (Minimum Requirements)
- ✓Electrical and mechanical experience is a must, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- ✓Strong verbal and written communication skills; write routine reports and correspondence.
- ✓Knowledge or experience in lubrication, pneumatics, piping/plumbing repair, HVAC fundamentals, belt replacement, electrical schematics or troubleshooting
- ✓Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- ✓Possess a valid US driver’s license to operate motor vehicles
- ✓Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs with consistency to lift 25 lbs
- ✓Ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment
- ✓Ability to work in repetitive motions and pressure involving fingers, hands, and wrists, standing or walking over hard concrete surface
- ✓Ability to wear fall protection if required
- ✓Must possess a high school diploma, GED, or equilvant
