What You Will Do

  • ◆You will troubleshoot injection molding process related issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
  • ◆You will operate and maintain injection molding process equipment
  • ◆You will operate overhead crane
  • ◆You will maintain injection process standards
  • ◆You will collaborate with the injection team to identify and implement improvements related to TRP, cycle time, and scrap
  • ◆You have the ability to start a robot, troubleshoot injection automation issue., etc

Position is on 2nd Shift (Monday - Friday; 2PM - 10:30PM, OT as necessary)

What You Should Have

  • •You have a high school diploma / GED
  • •You have 2+ years of experience with new mold set-up and process plastic injection mold machines
  • •You have 2+ years of experience with the identification of injection plastic defects after the manufacturing process.
  • •You preferably have familiarity with Engel and Sepro robots
  • •You preferably have injection insert overmolding experience
