$69,600.00 - $97,300.00 The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.

Remington Ammunition is seeking a Production Supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is passionate about leading teams, improving processes, and driving operational performance. This position reports to the Sr. Manager Factory Operations and is based out of our Lonoke, Arkansas office.

• •Evening Shift. Please note: occasional overtime may be required based on business needs, which may impact scheduled days off.
• •Training will be held during the first two weeks, Monday through Friday on the day shift, prior to transitioning to the assigned evening shift schedule

• •Associate degree in Business, Industrial Management, Manufacturing Technology, Engineering Technology, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• •Minimum of two years of leadership or supervisory experience within a manufacturing, industrial, processing, or production environment.
• •Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of manufacturing operations.
• •Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, inventory control, and workplace safety practices.
• •Strong communication, coaching, and team-building skills.
• •Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment.
• •Ability to analyze operational data, identify trends, solve problems, and make sound business decisions.
• •Demonstrated accountability for both individual and team performance.

• •Experience leading teams in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• •Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence experience.
• •Experience with root cause analysis and structured problem-solving methodologies.
• •Experience using ERP systems, production systems, or manufacturing software platforms.
• •Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other business applications.

Employee work assignments may include tasks working with and/or exposure to potentially hazardous areas, including flammables and explosives. Safety training is provided to all employees to ensure compliance with company and federal regulations.
