Responsibilities
include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- ◆Develop and maintain schedules for routine maintenance, conduct inspections to identify issues, and oversee repairs and renovations to ensure that the building systems and equipment are functioning equipment.
- ◆Work with and manage external vendors and contractors for repairs, maintenance, cleaning, and other facility-related services, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion of tasks.
- ◆Monitor maintenance budget spending, assist with budget planning, and manage the inventory of necessary supplies, tools, and equipment.
- ◆Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conduct routine safety inspections, and coordinate security protocols.
- ◆Maintain accurate and detailed records of all maintenance activities, expenditures, and asset information.
- ◆Respond promptly and efficiently to emergency maintenance requests to minimize disruption and ensure employee safety.
- ◆Up to 8 direct reports

- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, including planning, organizing resources, and executing tasks within set timelines
- ✓Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to prioritize tasks, manage issues, and implement solutions
