The Job
Stanley Black & Decker is seeking Sr. Engineering Manager, BRM & PM to support the continued evolution of enterprise product lifecycle management capabilities across a large, global organization. The Sr. Engineering Manager will serve as a key link between business stakeholders, engineering teams, IT, and solution delivery partners. This individual will help define business needs, translate them into actionable requirements, and support the successful delivery of scalable solutions that improve collaboration, data quality, process consistency, and product development efficiency. This role is ideal for a candidate who combines strong project and program management skills with experience in enterprise applications, a solid understanding of product development processes, and working knowledge of CAD and PLM systems. Familiarity with Dassault Systèmes' 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) platform is a strong plus.
