Maintenance Technician

• •Ensure production machinery functions correctly and efficiently.
• •Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic, electrical, hydraulic, compressor, and vacuum systems.
• •Work on motors, conveyors, AC/DC, and PLC troubleshooting.
• •Will work with steam and boiler controls, and mechanical power drives.
• •Perform predictive and preventative maintenance activities.
• •Adhere to all plant safety and environmental guidelines, policies, and procedures.
• •Complete Timely and accurate paperwork.

• •Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting experience in a manufacturing environment.
• •Corrugated background is preferred, not required.
• •High School Diploma or GED. Military training and/or Technical School preferred.
• •Working knowledge of automated industrial equipment, including motors, servos, pumps, relays, AC/DC drives, 3-phase power, communication devices, industrial controls, and power transmission systems.
• •Ability to install, set up, and troubleshoot AC/DC drives and 3-phase motor control circuits.
• •Knowledge of sensors, limit switches, hydraulic systems, and pneumatic systems.
• •PLC troubleshooting and problem-solving experience preferred.
• •Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• •Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer applications; basic mathematical skills required.
• •Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• •Ability to work independently in a professional manner.
• •Ability to work overtime as needed.
• •Ability to work 2nd or 3rd Shift.

The starting rate is $35.98 an hour , depending on your role, level, and location. The benefits for this role may include short-term bonus incentive, health, dental and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts or health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and paid sick leave as required by applicable state/local law, 5 days of paid vacation, and 7 days of paid holidays, subject to annual change.
