- •Troubleshoot harness routing, connector engagement, pin fit, terminal damage, continuity, shorts, opens, grounds, chafing, water intrusion, and electrical interface concerns.
- •Inspect installation quality, including retention, clipping, branch routing, bend radius, strain relief, connector seating, sealing, shielding, and protection from damage during assembly.
- •Support high-voltage harness and component interface checks related to routing, connector seating, HVIL continuity, isolation concerns, cable damage, retention, shielding, labeling, and installation quality where authorized and trained.
Vehicle Triage & Repair Validation

- •Use diagnostic tools, multimeter, scan tools, breakout leads, schematics, connector views, pinout information, insulation/isolation test equipment where authorized, and plant test results to support issue investigation.
- •Document findings clearly, including photos, fault details, suspected root cause, repair actions, connector or harness condition, and validation results.
- •Support containment, quality alerts, repair instructions, breakpoint confirmation, teardown activities, and corrective action validation.
Launch & Cross-Functional Support
- •Work closely with Plant Vehicle Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Production, Suppliers, Service, and Vehicle Integration to resolve plant electrical issues.
- •Support prototype, pilot, and production ramp builds by identifying recurring harness, connector, low-voltage, and high-voltage installation defects early.
