Job summary

◆Will perform maintenance on all mechanical and electrical components of all manufacturing and processing equipment. and physical ,plumbing, carpentry vehicles.
◆Will repair and maintain all mechanical, electrical.
◆Will perform maintenance on all auxiliary equipment, buildings, grounds, and building.
◆Will perform work as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor. Will set-up and operate machines to repair or fabricate new repair parts. Will operate cutting and welding equipment.
◆Will unload, move, install equipment, and operate forklifts and company vehicles.
◆Will record maintenance work performed on equipment. Candidates must possess the ability to read, interpret, and perform work based on blueprints and/or CAD drawings.

Responsibilities

In accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:

◆Employees will move material as requested and be responsible for the quality of their work.
◆Employees will be responsible for the cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment, general housekeeping, and 6S activities within their work areas.
◆Must be able to read, comprehend, and apply processes, criteria and required procedures.
◆Responsible for performing the job in a safe and environmentally advantageous manner by following all safety, regulatory, and environmental rules, policies, and procedures.
◆Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level.
◆For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable.
◆Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all federal, state, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures
◆Performs other duties assigned as needed.
◆Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next managment level
◆Responsible for following all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices as applicable.
