What You Will Do
- ◆Supervise union employees in a production manufacturing operation
- ◆Ensure compliance with safety programs, food safety regulations, and quality management standards
- ◆Apply SOPs, SPC, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement principles
- ◆Manage production flow, equipment performance, and staffing to meet manufacturing targets
- ◆Track productivity, efficiency, waste reduction, and manufacturing KPIs
- ◆Maintain labor agreement compliance while assigning work and managing attendance
- ◆Communicate effectively across shifts with maintenance, quality, engineering, and manufacturing operations teams
