Silgan Containers is hiring a Quality Manager at our Fort Dodge, IA plant. This position plays a critical leadership role in facilitating the plant’s quality assurance policies and procedures, maintaining customer relationships, and directing plant continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Bring
- •High School Diploma or GED.
- •5 years of experience in quality control in a manufacturing environment.
- •Strong knowledge of Statistical Process Control, Continuous Improvement, and quality systems management.
- •Proficiency with Windows, ERP systems, spreadsheets, and data analysis tools.
- •Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with operations, maintenance, engineering, and customers.
