Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for safety, teamwork, and operational excellence? Join our team as a Shift Supervisor and help drive safe, reliable, and efficient chemical plant operations.
As a Shift Supervisor, you’ll lead a team to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations during your shift. You’ll support Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS), production, and maintenance activities by guiding your team, improving processes, and helping build a high-performing work environment.
- •Lead shift teams to meet safety, environmental, and production goals
- •Act as Incident Commander during emergencies
- •Monitor performance indicators and optimize processes
- •Ensure procedures are followed and updated
- •Coach and evaluate team members to build a high-performance culture
- •Participate in root cause analysis and reliability reviews
- •Support continuous improvement and plant optimization
- •Perform technician duties when needed
- •Identify training needs and support development initiatives
Shift Hours: 2:00pm-10:30pm MST
- •5+ years in chemical plant operations
- •Strong leadership and coaching skills
- •Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- •Problem-solving skills to improve plant performance
- •Experience with SAP maintenance systems
- •Knowledge of PSM and RCMS is a plus
