Requirements

✓Able to work either a 12 hour day shift or a 12 hour night shift, rotating schedule 3-2-2-3
✓High school diploma, GED or equivalent
✓Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation
✓3 years of Industrial Maintenance experience required
✓Ability to read and interpret blueprints/schematics
✓Welding/fabrication experience a plus
✓PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) experience is a bonus

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: Havre de Grace, MD

Pay: $27 - $38+ per hour, based on experience

•Perform maintenance for either extrusion or blow molding manufacturing equipment to assure uninterrupted & optimal operations
•Execute & continuously improve preventative maintenance procedures
•Participate in changeovers, ensuring efficient & correct execution
•Participates in reactive maintenance
•Assure compliance with all safety protocols, quality standards, operational practices & procedures
•Grow your knowledge and skills through a wide variety of training & on-the-job experiences, positioning you for internal promotions
