Maintenance Technician I - 2nd Shift

These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive, and other duties may be assigned:

• •Conduct scheduled and unplanned maintenance on manufacturing and facility equipment.
• •Maintain and repair machinery such as CNC and manual machine tools, forklifts, AGVs, paint systems, robots, welders, and compressed air systems.
• •Service facility systems including HVAC, lighting, sprinkler systems, plumbing, and office fixtures.
• •Troubleshoot, diagnose, and rebuild mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• •Record materials used and requisition parts using electronic devices (iPad, iPhone, laptops).
• •Assist with relocating and organizing production and office spaces.
• •Support special projects directed by Maintenance or Plant Leadership.
• •Adhere to all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• •Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with 6S standards.
• •Assist contractors and coordinate materials logistics, including pick-up and delivery.
• •Ensure regular, reliable attendance.

The following represents general working conditions for this role. Specific conditions may vary depending on business needs and individual circumstances.

• •This position is based in a manufacturing or production environment and may involve exposure to loud noise, dust, moving machinery, or temperature fluctuations.
• •The role may require standing for extended periods, repetitive motions, lifting/carrying up to 35 pounds, pushing/pulling up to 50 pounds and up to 30 pounds sustained, bending, kneeling, climbing, or using tools and equipment.
• •Proper personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn when required.
• •Visual and auditory acuity are needed for safe equipment operation and effective communication in a busy workspace.
