As our Associate Supplier Development Engineer, you will make critical contributions by holding responsibility for:

  • •Supplier Management & Documentation: Maintain sub‑tier supplier maps, supplier visit reports, and supplier health records to support risk monitoring and trend analysis.
  • •Technical Liaison & Communication:
  • •Build and maintain strong, transparent relationships that align suppliers with Moog’s technical and business objectives.
  • •Serve as the primary engineering contact for supplier technical inquiries, change requests, and escalation management.
  • •Continuous Improvement: Drive lean manufacturing practices, yield improvements, process controls, and waste elimination at supplier locations.
  • •New Product Introduction (NPI): Ensure suppliers are production‑ready for new product launches and ramp activities; support qualification and handoff.
  • •Design for Manufacturability (DFM): Partner with design and engineering teams to improve manufacturability and reduce cost and risk.
  • •Leadership & Collaboration: Provide technical leadership when interfacing with cross‑functional teams and represent Moog at supplier sites and review boards.

In return, we care for you by providing incredible “work perks” including:
