Key Responsibilities
- ◆Lead, coach, and develop production team members to achieve operational goals.
- ◆Oversee daily production activities to ensure quality, efficiency, and customer delivery
requirements
are met.
- ✓Promote and maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
- ✓Monitor production metrics and implement corrective actions to improve performance.
- ✓Partner with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and other departments to resolve production issues and improve processes.
- ✓Drive continuous improvement initiatives that increase productivity, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
- ✓Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and manufacturing procedures.
- ✓Support employee training, performance management, and professional development.
Preferred Qualifications
- ✓Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- ✓Five (5) or more years of supervisory or management experience in a manufacturing environment.
- ✓Experience with CNC machining processes.
- ✓Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, including one or more of the following:
- ✓Six Sigma
- ✓Lean Manufacturing
- ✓Process Capability
- ✓Statistical Analysis
- ✓Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- ✓Ability to analyze production data and make informed operational decisions.
- ✓Experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment is a plus.
