Preferred Qualifications

- ✓At least two years of experience in injection molding or a related production environment.
- ✓CNC machining experience.

Job
You’ll work directly with the Tooling team to
- •Perform mold modifications, engineering changes, and repairs within established timeframes.
- •Maintain accurate records of work performed using the PMC system and established work order procedures.
- •Support the Molding Department by troubleshooting mold-related operational issues.
- •Demonstrate proficiency in using the hand tools required for mold maintenance and repair, and ensure the necessary tools and equipment are available before beginning work.
- •Understand mold specifications and verify that tooling meets the required specifications.
- •Read and interpret tool designs and engineering drawings.
- •Fabricate tooling and related equipment as needed.
- •Apply mold spotting, parting line repair, and hand-working skills.
What We’re Looking For
We’re searching for someone who is
- •High school diploma or GED, with a minimum of six years of directly related experience, or successful completion of an apprenticeship program.
- •Ability to use required hand tools and interpret tooling designs and specifications.
- •Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- •Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
🚗 Automotive manufacturing experience is a bonus!
