Responsibilities

Operate equipment dedicated to semiconductor and System-in-Package (SiP) manufacturing processes. Support NTI development by adapting to dynamic manufacturing requirements. Support manufacturing needs with the ability to operate the complete equipment set, facilitated by advanced MES support. Implementation of continuous improvement and lean principles to optimize workflow.
