- ◆Continuously take independent action, perform daily analysis, and provide corrective action recommendations to:

- ◆Develops, maintains, and adjusts production standards and specifications to reflect processes over three shifts.

Education and experience
- ✓A bachelor’s degree in business or related field or at least seven years of prior experience in managing large departments for consumer product manufacturer.
- ✓Five years or more experience managing supervisors on more than one shift.
- ✓Demonstrated experience working with contract manufacturers, suppliers, and distributors.
- ✓Experience in quality system audits.
- ✓Regular and reliable attendance.
