Where You'll Make a Difference
- •Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment and production systems to support enzyme production processes.
- •Utilize the DeltaV process control system to monitor performance and maintain process stability.
- •Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency.
- •Perform routine inspections and process checks to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
- •Collaborate with Engineers, Maintenance, Quality, and Operations teams to optimize production processes.
- •Accurately document operational activities, process data, and production records.
- •Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, reliability, quality, and safety.
- •Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
- •Participate in shift handovers and effectively communicate production status and operational concerns.
What Makes You the Right Fit?
- •High School Diploma or GED required.
- •Two or more years of experience in a mechanical, manufacturing, industrial, chemical, food processing, biotechnology, or related environment.
- •Strong mechanical aptitude and demonstrated troubleshooting skills.
- •Experience working safely in an industrial production environment.
- •Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and basic computer systems.
- •Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- •Ability to lift up to 55 pounds.
- •Willingness to work a 12-hour rotating shift schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- •Experience with process control systems such as DeltaV or similar automated manufacturing platforms.
