What You'll Be Doing

  • •Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment and machinery
  • •Troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency
  • •Inspect, test, and maintain mechanical systems in accordance with safety standards
  • •Collaborate with team members to support continuous improvement initiatives
  • •Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance

What Are We Looking For

  • •Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • •Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams
  • •Proficiency with hand and power tools, welding, and fabrication techniques
  • •Commitment to safety and adherence to operational procedures
  • •Flexibility to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment

Conditions of Employment

  • •Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check
  • •Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

  • •Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
