Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Specialist to support daily operations on our manufacturing floor. This role is essential to maintaining product quality, optimizing output, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Ideal candidates are hands-on, team-oriented, and eager to contribute to continuous improvement in a high-tech environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor production equipment to meet daily output and quality targets
Follow production instructions and report any process deviations or equipment issues
Perform in-process inspections using measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers)
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing technology, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field required
- ✓Bilingual in English and Chinese for international team corporation
1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial production environment
Familiarity with manufacturing safety protocols and basic quality control
Ability to read blueprints, follow work instructions, and use measurement tools
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and manufacturing systems (ERP/MES experience is a plus)
Strong communication skills and a collaborative work ethic
