Requirements
- ✓Supervisory experience in production, manufacturing, or bakery environments preferred
- ✓Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team in a hands-on setting
- ✓Strong understanding of production flow, efficiency, and safety practices
- ✓Comfortable working around ovens, mixers, and industrial equipment
- ✓Committed to maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards
- ✓Reliable, organized, and calm under pressure
- ✓Experienced in production or manufacturing (food experience preferred)
- ✓Skilled at balancing people, process, and product quality
- ✓Comfortable working in a physically active, warm, and fast-paced environment
- ✓A clear communicator who leads by example
- ✓Ability to stand and walk for the duration of an 8–10-hour shift
- ✓Must be able to safely lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
- ✓Ability to bend, stoop, and twist regularly
- ✓Supervise daily production operations to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety standards are met
- ✓Lead and support a team of production professionals, fostering collaboration and accountability
- ✓Monitor equipment, dough processing, and baking parameters to maintain consistency and throughput
- ✓Communicate effectively across shifts and departments to align production goals
- ✓Maintain accurate records of production, inventory, and downtime
- ✓Ensure compliance with food safety, GMP, and workplace safety

Join the team at Bread Alone, where we bake exceptional bread every day in our large-scale production bakery in Lake Katrine, NY. We’re looking for a dependable, hands-on Production Supervisor to help lead our team in producing bread made honestly, at scale. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values teamwork, and wants to make a daily impact on quality and efficiency.
Current Schedules Available: (Any schedule from 6pm to 459am is entitled to a 7% shift differential of your specific hourly rate offered)
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday 4pm-12:30am
Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 2pm-10:30pm
