Key Responsibilities
- ◆Designs, develops, and tests control systems and software for manufacturing processes.
- ◆Programs PLCs, HMIs, and industrial robots to optimize production efficiency and quality.
- ◆Troubleshoots and resolves complex electrical, mechanical, and software issues in automated systems.
- ◆Collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement new equipment and process improvements.
- ◆Develops and maintains technical documentation, including schematics, wiring diagrams, and operating procedures.
- ◆Conducts root cause analysis of equipment failures and implements corrective actions.
- ◆Ensures compliance with safety regulations and industry standards for control systems.
- ◆Provides technical support and training to maintenance and operations personnel.
