Responsibilities
- ◆Run reliability studies such as FMEA and failure analysis.
- ◆Monitor key metrics like MTBF, MTTR, and overall equipment effectiveness.
- ◆Recommend equipment upgrades and design changes to reduce failures.
- ◆Coordinate with maintenance and production teams on improvement projects.
- ◆Support spare parts planning and critical asset tracking.
- ◆Track equipment failures and downtime data to find repeat problems.
- ◆Lead root cause analysis on major breakdowns and chronic issues.
- ◆Build and maintain preventive and predictive maintenance plans.

Qualifications
- ✓Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings.
- ✓Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field.
- ✓Experience in a manufacturing or industrial maintenance environment.
- ✓Working knowledge of root cause analysis and reliability methods.
- ✓Familiarity with CMMS or maintenance management software.
- ✓Strong data analysis skills using spreadsheets or similar tools.

Qualifications
- ✓Certification in reliability engineering or maintenance management.
- ✓Experience with predictive technologies such as vibration analysis or thermography.
