Primary Objective
Service and maintain production machines in twisting and/ or heatset
Ensure plant machinery and equipment runs efficiently by minimizing down time.
Major Function and Scope
Perform maintenance on all equipment and machinery
Charge grinder blades
Blow forklift radiator out with compressed air
Meeting deadlines when repairing equipment
May be required to operate powered industrial trucks/equipment such as forklifts, lift trucks, etc.
Attend any job-related training deemed necessary by supervision
Follow all established standard operating and safety procedures as well as company policies
Lift Truck Certification preferred
Successful completion of all required on the job training
Successful completion of all required health and environmental safety training
Reads and writes in standard English and proficient performing basic math calculations such as addition and subtraction
Minimum of 1-year maintenance experience with twisters and or heatset/superba preferred
Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
Being bilingual is a plus
