Key Responsibilities
- ◆Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems.
- ◆Troubleshoot and repair motors, drives, PLCs, sensors, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, and other plant equipment.
- ◆Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical manuals.
- ◆Install, maintain, and upgrade electrical wiring, control systems, and mechanical components.
- ◆Collaborate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.
- ◆Maintain accurate maintenance records in CMMS.
- ◆Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- ◆Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- ✓High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree in industrial maintenance, mechatronics, or related field preferred.
- ✓Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial maintenance role.
- ✓Strong knowledge of mechanical systems (hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, etc.) and electrical systems (480V, 3-phase, controls, PLCs).
- ✓Ability to use diagnostic tools, hand tools, and power tools safely and effectively.
- ✓Familiarity with CMMS systems and basic computer skills.
- ✓Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

The Multi-Craft Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance tasks to ensure the safe and efficient operation of plant equipment and systems. This role requires expertise in both mechanical and electrical disciplines, with a strong emphasis on troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement.
SIGN ON BONUS: $3000 payable $1500 at 3 months and $1500 at 6 months.
Work Environment
- •Must be able to work in a hot, cold, noisy, and dusty industrial environment.
- •Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work at heights or in confined spaces as needed.
- •Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or on-call as required.
