Requirements
- ✓High school diploma or GED (referred)
- ✓CDL license with a clean driving record
- ✓2+ years experience operating a Ready-Mix plant and equipment
- ✓Knowledge of concrete batching, mix designs, and production processes
- ✓Leadership experience and strong communication skills
- ✓Ability to pass post-offer drug screen, physical and background check

Job Description Description: Drive results and production at every turn! Join Ideal Ready Mix as Plant Manager to manage the plant ensure quality deliveries, and guide your team to success.
What You’ll Do
- •Manage daily plant operations, production, inventory, and delivery logistics
- •Operate a Ready-Mix truck as needed to support deliveries
- •Lead, train, and develop plant and driver staff
- •Oversee safety programs and ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, and company policies
- •Maintain trucks, equipment, and plant facilities in top condition
- •Communicate with dispatch and customers to ensure on-time, high quality deliveries
