Responsibilities
- ◆The Manufacturing Supervisor ensures equipment is in working order and that working conditions are safe at all times
- ◆You will manage the overall package and product quality, ensuring standards and specifications are maintained is performed by the Manufacturing Supervisor
- ◆The Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for the production process, making periodic checks and adjusts equipment or work practices
- ◆As the Manufacturing Supervisor, you will be responsible for staffing, training, and developing the members of the team
- ◆Additionally, you will need to adhere within labor and OPEX budget
- ◆Other duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience
- ✓Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4 years of related experience and 0 to 1 years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma 5-7+ years of specific exp and 2 to 3 plus years of leadership experience
Preferred Education and Experience
- ✓Master’s Degree
