qualifications
- ✓5 years of related experience in an industrial maintenance role or equivalent experience in HVAC, Mechanical or Electrical trades.
- ✓Working knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical machinery.
- ✓Licensed journeyman or above
- ✓Ability to read a caliper, micrometer, and various other measuring instruments.
- ✓Ability to track preventive maintenance schedules.
- ✓Strong time management skills
Preferred qualifications
- ✓Ability to weld and fabricate.
- ✓Knowledge of record and file keeping
- ✓Computer and Microsoft Office skills including: Excel, Outlook and Word
About the Industrial Maintenance Technician II job
Industrial Maintenance Technician II are required to
- ✓Lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and greater than 75 lbs. occasionally
- ✓Safely walk and stand for extended periods of time in a facility that is not climate-controlled.
- ✓Reach (including above your head), bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat and kneel.

What you’ll do on a typical day
- •Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair complex systems and equipment in one or more assigned areas.
- •Perform electrical work, run conduit, pull wire, make final connections in electrical panel, motors, disconnects etc.
- •Troubleshoot electrical problems in all equipment.
- •Plan new installs, order supplies, parts, equipment and materials for projects and programs.
- •Respond to emergencies and callouts as required.
- •Coordinate and monitor work of Maintenance Specialists and Maintenance Technician 1 to ensure timely and efficient completion of assigned projects.
- •Operate specialized equipment and vehicles.
- •Demonstrate the Company’s core values and comply with all Company policies and procedures.
- •Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
