Responsibilities
- ◆Solve process and material related problems to increase quality, yield, and throughput
- ◆Improve or introduce new processes and materials for existing products
- ◆Design and manage experiments (DOEs) to validate improvements
- ◆Create and edit procedures and other production documentation
- ◆Travel (international and domestic) to production facilities to evaluate process and materials
Because of the nature of this position a US person is required

Qualifications
- ✓Bachelor\'s degree in Materials Engineering or Industrial Engineering
- ✓Previous experience as a Sustaining Process Engineer or equivalent
- ✓Background in electronics assembly processes
- ✓Understanding of materials used in electronics manufacturing and their interactions with one another (solders, epoxies, platings, etc.)
- ✓Understanding of thick-film hybrid technology
