Responsibilities
- ◆Track scrap, downtime, and labor hours and report results to management.
- ◆Coach operators on standard work and correct performance issues.
- ◆Complete shift handoff notes and production paperwork.
- ◆Support audits and continuous improvement projects.
- ◆Open the shift by reviewing production schedules and staffing needs.
- ◆Assign work to line operators and monitor output against targets.
- ◆Walk the floor to check safety practices and address hazards.
- ◆Troubleshoot equipment and process problems with maintenance and quality.

Qualifications
- ✓Working knowledge of lean tools and standard work.
- ✓Ability to read production schedules and basic quality data.
- ✓Strong communication skills with hourly and salaried staff.
- ✓High school diploma or equivalent.
- ✓to 5 years of production or line lead experience in manufacturing.
- ✓Prior supervisory or team lead responsibility.

Qualifications
- ✓Formal safety training such as OSHA 30.
- ✓Six Sigma or lean certification.
- ✓Associate or bachelor degree in business or operations.
- ✓Experience in automotive, food, or metal fabrication plants.
- ✓Familiarity with ERP or manufacturing execution systems.
