As our Plant Manager, you'll provide strategic and operational leadership for our Phenix City manufacturing facility while supporting the continued growth of our Montgomery operation through collaboration and leadership.

Qualifications
- ✓7+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience
- ✓Automotive manufacturing experience (Tier 1 or Tier 2 preferred)
- ✓Experience leading multiple functional departments
- ✓Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement
- ✓Experience managing customer relationships, audits, and executive-level meetings
- ✓Proven ability to build and develop high-performing teams
