About the role
Are you a natural leader who loves developing people and driving performance? We're looking for a hands‑on Production Supervisor to motivate and guide our production team - all while ensuring we deliver top‑quality products that exceed customer expectations.
You’ll be the heartbeat of our production floor: coaching employees, optimizing processes, and keeping operations running safely and smoothly. If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment and enjoy solving problems, we want to hear from you!
What you will do
- ◆Motivate, develop, and direct an engaged team of production employees
- ◆Identify developmental needs and help employees grow their skills, knowledge, and confidence
- ◆Monitor production activities to ensure compliance with quality, housekeeping, and safety standards
- ◆Verify finished products using inspection tools including bore gages, rail gages, and micrometers
- ◆Interpret complex drawings, routings, and specifications
- ◆Analyze work orders and production schedules to plan for efficiency and achieve daily goals
- ◆Work closely with other supervisors and management to streamline processes and boost overall productivity
- ◆Partner with Production Control to schedule work, manage assignments, and maintain workflow between shifts
- ◆Bring your knowledge of raw materials and manufacturing processes to drive continuous improvement
What experience you need
- ✓Associate degree in Manufacturing, Business, or related field, with minimum three years of supervisory or lead experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- ✓Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, is essential
