Broderson Manufacturing Corporation in Lenexa, KS is seeking an experienced Process Engineer to own and improve end-to-end manufacturing processes, focusing on process capability, quality performance, and operational execution.
You will develop standard work, support NPI, lead PFMEA and RCCA, and drive Lean improvements across assembly and fabrication. A Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 1–3 years in manufacturing environments are expected.
