Melben is recruiting a Maintenance Technician for a manufacturing facility in Groveport, Ohio. This is a direct-hire, full-time position on the employer's payroll, with one opening. The start date is flexible.
The role keeps production machinery running. You will diagnose breakdowns, repair mechanical and electrical faults, and carry out preventive maintenance on a mix of older and newer equipment. Work covers the full range of plant systems, so you need to be comfortable moving between legacy machines and current automated lines.
Pay starts at $28 per hour, depending on experience. The position suits a hands-on tradesperson who can work independently, troubleshoot quickly, and keep a shift on schedule.
