Are you a highly motivated SMT Process Engineer looking for an opportunity to excel? Daktronics is seeking a team-oriented individual with a passion for process improvement to join our Manufacturing Engineering team. The successful candidate will bring a unique combination of technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills, enabling them to collaborate with various departments across the organization.The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent, with extensive knowledge and experience in Surface Mount Technology (SMT) processes. You must have deep understanding of SMT process flow, including assembly, reflow, and inspection. You must be able to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings, as well as be able to troubleshoot and debug SMT processes. Additionally, experience with automated equipment programming and process monitoring software is preferred.If you believe you have the
