Required Education/Experience
- ✓Some college is preferred, an undergraduate degree is desired.
- ✓Experience working in a cast house will be considered in lieu of formal education.

Responsibilities
- ◆Pr ovide safety and operational training to team members.
- ◆Learn all aspects of the Yankton billet casting operation.
- ◆Maintain production reports and flow charts.
- ◆Complete yearly employee performance evaluations.
- ◆Ensure employees understand and always comply with established Hydro safety standards
- ◆Complete daily safety talks with team members prior to beginning each shift.
- ◆Assist team members to complete daily tasks as needed.
