Production Supervisor (1st Shift)

• ◆Complete administrative tasks including reviewing and approving PTO, manage disciplinary actions for team members as appropriate,
• ◆Maintain strong communication with all Production Supervisors across all shifts and proactively resolve issues by working directly with peers and other departments including Safety, Quality, Maintenance, Sanitation, Logistics, and Human Resources.

• ✓High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred.
• ✓3+ years of Supervisory experience in a continuous manufacturing environment. Food manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• ✓Ability to quickly identify key issues and use data-driven decisions to resolve those issues.
• ✓Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication across departments.
• ✓Proven ability to lead and develop team members.
• ✓Experience with implementing LEAN manufacturing principles and process improvement tools.
• ✓Knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, and food safety regulations preferred.
