Conduct time and motion studies to identify areas for improvement and streamline operations.

Utilize lean manufacturing principles and tools to identify and eliminate waste in production.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvement initiatives.

Design and implement new manufacturing layouts to improve workflow and increase efficiency.
