What To Expect
Tesla Energy is hiring a Process Engineer to own fulfillment and labor planning standardization across our West Region warehouse network, based out of our Tracy, CA hub — one of the highest-volume fulfillment nodes in North America. You will sit at the intersection of process design, labor efficiency, and material flow, building scalable standards that make operations measurably more productive while reducing waste.
We believe the best processes are simple by design — intuitive enough that any operator can execute them without interpretation, and flexible enough to adapt as the business scales. This role is for someone who thinks in systems, not symptoms. Someone who proactively shapes how work gets done rather than reacting after it breaks — and who finds a way through every obstacle with optimism, ingenuity, and scrappiness.
