Qualifications
- ✓High school diploma or GED
- ✓Must possess the ability to understand and effectively communicate with co-workers, supervisors, and others in the workplace regarding work matters (our business is generally conducted in English)
- ✓Minimum of 2 years of industrial maintenance or related industry experience with electrical maintenance experience
- ✓Understanding of PLC operation, industrial electrical components and systems troubleshooting
- ✓Must have a solid understanding of mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical systems, ability to diagnose problems, repair or replace components, preventative maintenance and attention to detail
- ✓Experience with various tools and technologies, including hand tools, power tools, electrical test equipment and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
- ✓Ability to work independently and as a team with flexibility to quickly shift work priorities
- ✓Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- ✓Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, push, pull, and twist for extended periods
- ✓Willingness to work in hot, cold, noisy, wet, or dusty conditions
- ✓Ability to climb and/or work at heights while utilizing stairs, ladders, personnel lifts, or platforms
- ✓Ability to follow human and food safety, quality, and grooming standards
- ✓Ability to wear such as protective clothing and equipment (Personal Protective Equipment -PPE) such as safety shoes, safety glasses, hearing protection, hard/bump cap, hair/beard net, gloves, and face masks (when required)
- ✓Ability to work around high-speed machinery and food allergens

- •2nd shift: 3 pm to 11:30 pm
- •Monday through Friday schedule (Saturdays as needed)

Your Work Schedule and Shift Information
- •8-hour shifts
- •2nd shift: 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm
- •Currently hiring for 2nd shift
- •Monday through Friday schedule with Saturdays as business need dictates
- •Must be willing to work overtime, weekends, nights, holidays and emergency events as needed
- •Plant operates 24 hours/day, 7 days/week.
As part of our manufacturing team, you will
- •Perform preventive and reactive maintenance on processing and packaging equipment to improve reliability and operational performance
- •Understanding and following all company safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- •Installing, maintaining, repairing, and replacing industrial processing and packaging machinery, work tools and equipment
- •Identifying/diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical issues, electrical and/or electronic issues
- •Management of work orders, parts requisition, and data entry through understanding and use of Maximo Maintenance Management System
- •Providing technical support and plant leadership for equipment troubleshooting and equipment modification
- •Understanding, initiating, and participating in Root Cause Analysis (Why, Why)
- •Performing both uptime and down time preventative maintenance
- •Effectively communicate and productively interact with all levels of team personnel and outside contractors, vendors, visitors, etc.
- •Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives to increase platform performance
- •Assist in training new employees
