Value Stream Manager - Manufacturing Production

• ◆Be responsible for achieving a zero-incident culture by completing and turning in safety observations
• ◆Escalate any safety concerns to EHS Manager
• ◆Own CONC Metrics and overall Quality Performance for the HPWT.
• ◆Direct priorities for the HPWT to achieve Delivery Goals.
• ◆Own the overall cost of the Value Stream.

• ◆Train and develop team members as well as provide oversight and coaching to other team members.

• ✓Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• ✓Minimum four (4) years of experience in mfg. operations or operations support
• ✓Minimum two (2) years of supervisory experience.

• ✓Prior experience with assembly MFG. processes.
• ✓Prior experience line balancing/ time studies.
• ✓Continuous Improvement project experience.
• ✓Knowledge of CNC machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repairs, and maintenance.
• ✓Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
• ✓Strong project management / problem solving skills .
• ✓Experience with working on and leading cross functional teams.
• ✓Excellent technical writing, communication, and presentation skills.
• ✓Persuasive Communication skills.
