Key Responsibilities

  • ◆Support Day and Night Shift Production Operations
  • ◆Ensure real-time engineering support is available across all shifts to maintain production efficiency and operational stability.
  • ◆Analyze Production Efficiency and Manpower Allocation
  • ◆Evaluate cycle time, manpower utilization, and line balancing to continuously improve capacity and resource efficiency.
  • ◆Troubleshoot Production Issues and Line Abnormalities
  • ◆Identify and resolve production issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime and mitigate quality risks.
  • ◆Drive Process Improvement Initiatives
  • ◆Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to implement continuous improvement and enhance overall operational performance.
  • ◆Maintain Process Documentation
  • ◆Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure accuracy and traceability.
  • ◆Support MES System Stability and Issue Resolution
  • ◆Monitor and resolve Manufacturing Execution System (MES) issues to ensure stable system performance and production support.
  • ◆Ensure Compliance with Safety and Quality Standards
  • ◆Ensure all operations adhere to safety regulations and quality requirements.

Qualifications

  • ✓Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
  • ✓0–3 years of experience in Industrial Engineering, manufacturing, or production environment (internship experience is preferred).
  • ✓Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, line balancing, and productivity improvement.
  • ✓Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • ✓Basic AutoCAD skills and experience with factory/production line layout planning are preferred.
  • ✓Basic understanding of ERP/MES systems is preferred.
  • ✓Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • ✓Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • ✓Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • ✓Flexibility to support different shifts and work schedules based on production demands.
  • ✓Bilingual in English and Chinese is preferred.
  • ✓Self-motivated with good time management and teamwork skills.

Pay Range

USD $78,000.00 - USD $85,000.00 /Yr.
