Director, Technical Operations & Asset Reliability

• ◆Establish and execute a comprehensive asset management strategy to maximize equipment reliability, performance, and lifecycle value while supporting business objectives and production requirements.
• ◆Ensure high levels of equipment and OT application uptime and operational availability through proactive & dynamic maintenance strategies, reliability engineering, predictive maintenance, and effective resource planning.
• ◆Drive the deployment and maturation of Total Productive Manufacturing (TPM) principles across the site to strengthen equipment ownership, operator engagement, reliability, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
• ◆Lead capital planning and provide resources for execution for equipment upgrades, asset replacement strategies, automation initiatives, and infrastructure investments to improve reliability and operational performance.
• ◆Establish performance metrics and visual management systems to monitor equipment reliability, maintenance effectiveness, calibration compliance, and operational readiness.
• ◆Build organizational capability through coaching, talent development, succession planning, and creation of a high-performance technical operations culture, to ensure technical operations capabilities support current and future business needs.
• ◆Champion continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean, TPM, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and problem-solving methodologies to eliminate recurring failures and improve operational performance.

• ✓Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• ✓Extensive leadership experience in Technical Operations, Maintenance, Operational Technology (OT), Engineering, Reliability or Manufacturing Support functions within a regulated and highly automated manufacturing environment.
• ✓Demonstrated success implementing and sustaining Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) programs with measurable improvements in equipment availability, reliability, and OEE.
• ✓Strong knowledge of reliability-centered maintenance (RCM), preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, and equipment lifecycle management principles.
• ✓Strong understanding of Life Sciences industry

and the operational, quality, and compliance expectations of biopharmaceutical manufacturing customers.

• ✓Proven track record of developing high-performing technical teams and leading organizational change initiatives.
• ✓Experience managing operating budgets, capital projects, contractor relationships, and external service providers.

• ✓Experience supporting greenfield/brownfield facilities, start-up operations, or major manufacturing expansion projects.
• ✓Demonstrated experience leading automation, digitization, and asset performance management initiatives.
• ✓Demonstrated experience in batch-process manufacturing across biopharmaceutical, life sciences or other highly regulated manufacturing environments.
