High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

— At least 7 years of experience in a relevant trade field, or

— A Journeyman Trade Certificate with relevant experience, or

• ✓Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to interpret schematics, manuals, and blueprints.
• ✓Ability to provide training, mentorship, and guidance to apprentices.
• ✓Willingness and ability to work overtime and weekends as needed to support production.

— A 2-year technical degree in a related field, plus 3 years’ experience working in the Machine Repair/Industrial Electrical field

• ✓Knowledge of mechanical systems including hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyance systems, CNC equipment, and automation required.
