What You'll Do
- ◆Perform routine maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on plant equipment, machinery, and facilities.
- ◆Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to minimize downtime.
- ◆Assist with the installation, setup, and calibration of new or repaired equipment.
- ◆Support preventive maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
- ◆Maintain maintenance records, work orders, and parts inventory.
- ◆Follow all safety procedures and regulatory
requirements
while performing maintenance activities.
- ✓Partner with production teams to quickly resolve equipment issues and support continuous operations.
What You'll Need
- ✓Experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- ✓Knowledge of maintenance tools, equipment, and safe work practices.
- ✓Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals.
- ✓Basic computer skills for maintenance tracking, work orders, and reporting.
- ✓Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- ✓Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
- ✓Ability to work in a concrete manufacturing environment and perform physical job duties, including standing, walking, climbing ladders, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Your Education
- ✓High School Diploma or GED required
- ✓Vocational Degree Preferred
