What You'll Do
- ◆Performs necessary maintenance tasks including repair or replacement of damaged parts, adjustments and calibration procedures, assemble, install, test and execute preventative maintenance tasks on various forms of manufacturing equipment
- ◆Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns
- ◆Use SAP maintenance module in the execution of duties, utilize computers to acquire information, documentation, account for time and corrective actions
- ◆Fabricates parts by using machine shop instruments and equipment
- ◆Conserves maintenance resources by efficiently using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results
- ◆Exercise judgment to determine appropriate course of action and prepare business recommendations
- ◆Interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics
- ◆Participate in the CMC Safety Programs and proactively uphold the CMC Safety Culture
- ◆Perform additional duties as needed
What You'll Need
- ✓Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role required
- ✓Experience with Allen Bradley, ABB, AC/DC motor and/or other PLC troubleshooting
- ✓Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to work with a variety of hand and power tools
- ✓Ability to communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and business leadership
- ✓Able to perform maintenance/repair at heights or adverse conditions safely including adhering to and following LOTO procedures
- ✓Must be able to stand for significant lengths of time in an industrial environment with exposure to all elements of weather
- ✓Demonstrate dependability in attendance, work completions, and flexibility to meet business needs
Your Education
- ✓High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required
