Responsibilities
- ◆Oversee and invest in a top talent multi-disciplined systems engineering team
- ◆Manage infrastructure architecture, multiple networks, computing equipment and labs for high availability systems
- ◆Support modernization and automation of heritage processes and products
- ◆Drive alignment to the roadmap vision, while automating to reduce operational costs and increasing quality
- ◆Contribute to technical and cost baselines of proposals and bids for future architecture activities
- ◆Support architecture and technical trades for program decisions and future business
- ◆Manage resources, schedules, and staffing to execute concurrent programs
- ◆Cultivate a culture of respect, transparency, excellence, inspiration, and fun

Basic

- ✓Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent

- ✓This position requires an active Top Secret U.S. Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.)
- ✓Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership.”
- ✓2+ years of experience on space programs
- ✓2+ years of experience leading teams
- ✓Experience with satellite operations

- ✓Experience with system software integration and test
- ✓Experience leading fast paced development efforts with government customers.
